Meticulously farmed for our rose`, the exquisite pink-copper Prioress is crisp, invigorating, and loaded with traditional French Provence charm. Bone-dry with a tinge of effervescence and elevated acidity, exudes remarkable freshness. The cooler arrival of the 2023 harvest enriched captivating aromas of cantaloupe, peach skin, and untamed spring blossoms, complemented by vibrant flavors of grapefruit, pears, thimble berries, and white nectarines. Harvested at 22 brix, this wine is harmoniously woven with minerality and hints of Himalayan pink salt, finishing bright and delicately textured. It is remarkably refreshing yet sophisticated enough to be savored throughout the year.
