Grown beautifully on our rolling hills Syrah block, this wine is our most food-friendly offering. Upon opening, its hesitant and shy aromas of cedar, ponderosa pine, chocolate covered espresso beans, and black liquorice are enticing. The color is deep ruby with a tinge of dark burgundy in its core. Its energetic acidity carries supple flavors of blueberry, brambleberry and vanilla bean, with prosciutto and tart cherries over the palate into a gorgeous velvety finish. Everlasting, fruit, spice, and French oak meld together in unison. Perfect for any occasion.
