Gorgeous crimson hue. Initially shy, but the bright Zin fruit aromas provide lift to a complex band of raspberries, cherries, cola and earthy qualities. With some time, deeper aromatics begin to open expressing red plum and rhubarb. Sweet cherry compote coupled with tart crabapple leads to a spicy, peppery, mineral-laden finish. |
